Send a message to support@digilife.ca with a description of your issue. Include your name, address, and any steps you have already tried. We aim to respond within one business day.

What to Include in Your Support Request
- Your name and the address where the SmartThings system is installed
- A brief description of the issue
- Which devices are affected
- The colour of the LED on your SmartThings hub
- Any error messages shown in the SmartThings app
- Steps you have already tried from this Knowledge Base
Business Hours
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Time. We will acknowledge your request within our SLA and work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Important: For urgent issues (such as a security device that is not functioning), mark your request as “Critical” on the support form and we will prioritize your ticket.
